The Flexo printer slotter is utilised for printing, creasing, trimming, slotting and corner cutting of the sheet simultaneously. The three sections of the machine-feeding, printing and creasing-slotting can be separated from each other for easy access to the operator. It's an ideal choice for printing or packaging industry.

Paper Feeding Unit:
Adopting vacuum adsorption automatic scraping paper feeding system.
Elastic rubber roller feeding ensures No harmful for corrugation intensity.
Dust remover(upper) system .It can clean up dust on the surface of cardboard.
Continuous paper feeding .Pneumatic locking system. Side baffle and back baffle position are regulated by electric device.
Printing Unit:
Standard configuration: metal net stripe roller with 220 meshes.(180, 200meshes is for option)Phase and left-right movement of printing mould are regulated automatically.which can be displayed on screen directly.it can be regulated by touchable screen or by buttons.
Dividing position fix device.ensures each printing mould relative position keep unchanged.electric drive dividing part,Pneumatic lock.
Printing roller adopts both adhesive printing and hanging printing.
Main parts of drive adopts no bond connection collapsible.
Slotting Unit :
Phase and left-right movement of slotting disc are regulated by Digital controller. Which can be regulated and displayed on the touchable screen directly. It can be regulated by by buttons too. The right-left movemrnt of slotting disc can be regulated correlatively. The up slotting disc set and up scorering wheel can be regulated correlatively. The regulation size can be read from rulermark directly.

Opening slot place is adjusted by united electricity power.

Machine Set:
Paper feeding unit, Printing Unit, Slotting Unit all adopts automatic spray lubrication system. It adopts double oil pump balance system.
Automatic Stack Unit :
Automatic counting system. Rise and fall of stack arm is controlled by pneumatic. Stack arm rise and fall is regulated automatically according to cardboard feeding quantity. The motor is speed regulation motor.
Computer Control System:
Main control system adopts touchable screen. Operation is easy and direct
Return-to-zero and memory erase function. Each part phase return-to-zero and preset and horizontal position return-to-zero. It ensures error can be compensated automaticlly in process of printing, die-cutting and solotting if there is error in first cardboard.
Main motor is VVVF motor. Operation stable. Power saving.
Prefeed. The unique prefeed function increases printing speed greatly.
Paper feed and printing process orderly. Enhances printing quality(including the last paper) greatly.
Die cutting serve move and hydraulic pneumatic move.

Which makes cumpter calculate and follow printing speed. It ensures cardboard die cutting more neatly. At the same time, it keep die cutter from being harmed. And in second piece being regulated in correct position. error can be compensated automaticlly in process of printing, die-cutting and solotting .
