Products Information of Chewing Gum Production Line

The processing line is an advanced equipment for making stick shape chewing gum without coating or square shape sugar shell coated chewing –gums. It is a new technology processing style to make chewing gum products, six stages rolling with water cooling can guarantee the quality of final products.

	Chewing gum production line
The whole production line composed of the gum base oven, mixer, extruder, forming machine, cooling machine and packing machine ETC.

	Gum base oven
This equipment is used for melting the gum base; it is made of isolation material and normal steels. The electric heating tube is controlled by a temperature controller. The capacity is 60-70kg/h, power supply is 220V, the shell dimension is: 1000 x 800 x 1000mm, the weight is: 200kg.

	200L Mixer
The equipment is used for mixing the raw materials, the parts that contact candy is stainless steel, the frame is made of normal steel and angle iron, rectangle tube with painting. The volume is 200L, inclining angle is >90 degrees, the motor power is 19.6kW, the shell dimension of the equipment is: 2540 x 820x 1250mm.

	Extruder(double screw)
This equipment is used for extruding the chewy gum masses, the hopper is made of stainless steel, the screw is made of hardness steel with Teflon coating, the frame is made of normal steel with painting. The extruding head is warm kept by hot water. The main motor power is 7.5kW; the speed of the motor can be adjusted and controlled by electromagnetism speed adjuster, and the shell dimension is 1500 x480 x 1050mm, weight is 1000kg.

	Rolling Sheeting machine
The machine is the key equipment for producing the chew gum products. Before pressing the candy mass, the starch will be sprayed on the sheeting. There are 6 stage press roller, all of them will be cooled by water. It is a new style rolling machine instead of the old processing method. The power of this equipment is 4.5kW, and shell dimension is: 2400 x 740 x 1200 mm.
